The 2023 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Summit provides an opportunity to collaborate with the UGA Fanning Institute for Leadership and conduct a discussion with industry professionals who are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within our community and local workforce.
In this interactive workshop, the concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging will be defined in the context of community leadership. Participants will learn the different aspects of inclusive leadership and will be able to identify inclusive behaviors to put into action.
