Southeast Georgia Health System issued the following announcement on May 19.
The annual meeting of the Glynn-Brunswick Memorial Hospital Authority (the “Authority”) will be Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 11:15 a.m. The Authority will review and consider (1) SGHS, Inc. Compliance with Lease Agreement review; (2) Funds Budgeted for Indigent/Charity Care for 2023; and, (3) other items of interest to include recommendations from the Nominating Committee to consider candidates for membership on the Hospital Authority.
The meeting will be in the Southeast Georgia Health System Brunswick Campus Executive Board Room and will immediately precede the monthly meeting of the Southeast Georgia Health System, Inc. board of directors meeting which will begin when the Hospital Authority adjourns.
