Of the 2,075 people living in Midway in 2020, 45.9 percent (953) were women and 54.1 percent (1,122) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Coastal GA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 55. In the 65 and over age range, there were 117 females and 117 males.
