Southeast Georgia Health System issued the following announcement on Jan. 12.
Out of an abundance of caution, the Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation 2022 Bridge Run has been cancelled. Given our community’s current high transmission rate, we believe this is the best decision to protect our incredible sponsors, vendors and participants from exposure to the highly contagious omicron variant. As your community Health System, we strive daily to provide safe, quality, accessible, and cost-effective care to meet the health needs of the people and communities we serve.
Please save the date for 2023: February 17 and 18, 2023.
