The City of Kingsland will hold a General Election on November 8, 2022, to elect one (1) Mayor and two (2) City Council Members, Post #3 and Post #4.  Each position shall hold office from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2026.  All candidates will run at large and be elected by majority vote. Prospective candidates shall qualify in person at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 107 South Lee Street, Kingsland, Georgia between the hours of 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM.  Qualifying begins on Monday, August 15, 2022, at 8:30 AM and ends on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 4:30 PM. 

Qualifying fees are Mayor –  $253.50, City Council – $180.75.

Voter registration is open and will close on October 11, 2022.
