City of Hinesville issued the following announcement on May 27.
The City of Hinesville facilities and offices will be closed on Monday, May 30th observance of Memorial Day.
City facilities will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st for normal hours of operation.
Garbage collection will continue per the usual schedule.

The following events are scheduled to take place in Coastal Georgia this month.
Glynn County is inviting residents to apply for openings on key local boards and committees. Applicants can submit their materials until May 26 as part of efforts encouraging civic participation.
