Camden County – GA issued the following announcement on Apr. 22.

The Camden County Board of Elections & Registration (BoER) announces Advance In-Person Voting opportunities for the May 24, 2022, General Primary Election, Nonpartisan General Election, and Special Election. 

Advance In-Person Voting
Monday, May 2, 2022 – Friday, May 13, 2022
Weekdays Only
8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., except 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays only
 Camden County Annex Building Community Room –  107 N. Gross Road, Kingsland

Saturday, May 7, and Saturday, May 14, 2022
9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Camden County Annex Building Community Room –  107 N. Gross Road, Kingsland

 Monday, May 16, 2022 – Friday, May 20, 2022
Weekdays Only
8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., except 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays only

**Advance Voting is for all registered Camden County voters, regardless of polling place.

The deadline to register to vote in the May 24, 2022 General Primary Election is Monday, April 25, 2022. Voters may check their registration status or register to vote online through the Georgia My Voter Page (MVP). Sample Ballots for the May 24, 2022 General Primary Election are available through the Georgia MVP.

Absentee ballots may be requested through May 13, 2022. Additionally, Camden County voters may return their absentee ballot by mail or in person to the BoER offices located on the 1st floor of the Government Services Complex at 200 East 4th Street in Woodbine from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or at the satellite BoER Office in Kingsland during early voting hours as listed above. 

On Election Day, electors should vote at their assigned polling place between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Registered voters can go to the Georgia MVP to check their registration status, verify polling location, request an absentee ballot, or check the status of their returned absentee ballot.

The use of masks for all electors during the Advance in-person voting opportunities is optional. Social distancing is encouraged. Poll workers will be disinfecting all voting equipment throughout each day of in-person voting.
